All of our Color Tablets, made of high-quality ABS, which is non-toxic and durable, are produced by the world’s most innovative ABS Injection Molding systems. All Tablet colors are computer analyzed and injected so kids can easily recognize color differences. We guarantee no color chipping on our color tablets.

Metal Insets with stainless steel and GM-approved paint

Montessori Outlet’s world-renowned Metal Insets are made of high quality stainless steel sheets produced by Bao Steel, one of the world’s best and largest steel producers. While other vendors use copper or lead sheets of only 0.7 mm thickness, our Metal Insets are made of 1.2 mm thick stainless steel. In efforts to minimize paint chipping, Metal Insets are painted in a GM-approved facility.

Montessori Outlet utilizes the newest laser-cutting technology on all its hardwood letters and numerals products, which depict actual sizes compared to other vendors’ “cartoon” sizes. Solid hardwood provides greater durability than layered wood, which oftentimes results in paint chipping and wood cracking.
