If items arrive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for replacement. Montessori Outlet covers replacement shipping. Photos may be required for claims.

Category B: Personal Preferences.

Books are non-returnable. For returns due to personal choice, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply; original shipping is non-refundable. Furniture returns follow manufacturer policies with a 20% restocking fee for resalable items and no returns if assembled or damaged.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

A must have...

These were a great purchase to store the sandpaper letters. I ordered a box for both lower and upper case letters. They are well-constructed wooden boxes that keep all of the letters neatly together and allow for easy transport and clean up. Definitely worth it!

I ordered 4 of these, one for each set of sandpaper letters. They are perfectly sized and light weight for easy transport by a child of the letters. My 3 and 4 year old boys find it easy and fun to transport their work from self to table to self again by themselves.
