If items arrive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for replacement. Montessori Outlet covers replacement shipping. Photos may be required for claims.

Category B: Personal Preferences.

Books are non-returnable. For returns due to personal choice, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply; original shipping is non-refundable. Furniture returns follow manufacturer policies with a 20% restocking fee for resalable items and no returns if assembled or damaged.

Nice weight and strength

Very sturdy (not like some where the wire bends easily). Colors are pretty good as well (not perfect but very good and much better than competitors)

Quality Product

The colored bead stairs are a great product. They are durable too. My only regret is that I didn't order the bead stairs hanger. I will defiantly add it to my next order!

Great Product

The beads are very durable - like all of Montessori Outlet's bead materials. I got this as a starter set for homeschooling, but I think a better choice would have been the Subtraction Snake Game set (which I got later anyway).
