Category A: Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damages

If items arrive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for replacement. Montessori Outlet covers replacement shipping. Photos may be required for claims.

Category B: Personal Preferences.

Books are non-returnable. For returns due to personal choice, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply; original shipping is non-refundable. Furniture returns follow manufacturer policies with a 20% restocking fee for resalable items and no returns if assembled or damaged.

My favorite

This is my favorite of the products I ordered. The bags are a great size. There is a hole in both sides so that children can use both hands to feel the shapes. There is even a string that can go around the child's neck to support the bag while they are searching through it. Great design!

Perfect!!

The bags are made of a canvas material which is sturdy and will hold up well. The blocks are smooth and the price is reasonable.
