Category B: Personal Preferences.

Books are non-returnable. For returns due to personal choice, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply;  original shipping is non-refundable. Furniture returns follow manufacturer policies with a 20% restocking fee for resalable items and no returns if assembled or damaged.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Thank you for selling these knobs. At time we do lose the knobs from our geography and biology puzzles. The fact that these are available for purchase greatly extends the life of our puzzles and helps us to maximize the budget of our school.

Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

At Montessori Outlet, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please feel free to e-mail or call us to make any changes in your order before it is being processed. We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been shipped.

Can I send my items to multiple addresses?

Yes, but with the restriction of one shipping address per order form. You may place separate orders for different shipping addresses.
