Small Movable Alphabet (Print, Mix Blue & Red)

I started with the medium letters, but they were too big. These are the perfect manipulative size for working at our table. I like the differentiation of the vowels from the consonants. These are easy to use and my children enjoy "playing" with the letters.

This size is great for the five year olds who are starting to build longer phrases and stories. They fit well on the work rug.

The small movable alphabet is a must for classrooms. My children are using it to learn to spell 2, 3 and 4 letter words. (They are 3 and 4 years old.) It also helps the with small motor skills in their fingers. Of note: the b, d, and p are cut exactly the same making it easier to use these letters when spelling. The letters fit perfectly into the small movable aphabet box, too.

I got this set last year after completing my 3-6 Montessori training so that I could use it at home to teach my 4 yr old daughter. This set is a good buy for any home schooler or a teacher looking for an additional set. They are easy to use on the table top and so easy to carry in the small sectioned box I bought along with it.

These letters are fantastic. They are very uniform in the cut and paint, and the perfect size for mat work. Very happy with them, and of course the real test is the children - they passed their test as well. Great addition to our homeschool classroom, and I am sure these will get years of use.
