The set includes a square wooden board with 4 small pegs that holds 4 wooden ellipsoids of the same size. The child's task is to place the ellipsoids on the pegs...as the pegs disappear in the ellipsoid, the child acknolwedges that the center hole in the ellipsoid disappears too, making the shape whole. This exercise helps the child improve hand-eye coordination.
